Harry Potter: Not A Spoiler

I’ve made no effort to check out any of the alleged, pirated copies of Rowling’s final Harry Potter book.  I am neither a fan or a critic of the series, although I have seen a couple of the movies and was entertained.  And I cannot blame the world for the current mass hysteria regarding the final novel.

However, I just have to wonder how much of this drama is being created by the publishers and marketing team associated with Harry Potter.  Would it not be possible that they have hired people to post these supposed copies of the book on various websites just to stir up interest?  After all, this is the end of an era.

I know that there are enough fans of Harry Potter around the world to make this seem unnecessary but still, greed can drive people to do all sorts of heinous things.  I am not making any accusations and I do not have any hard facts to support my claims.  It is merely one person’s opinion.

Personally, I believe Harry Potter will die.
